RealtyVerdict is an independent assessment site for the software real estate professionals rely on — built for agents, mortgage brokers, property managers, and investors who need a straight answer before they buy.
It works more like a small think-tank than a directory. Every tool we cover gets the same treatment: the facts come from each vendor’s own pages, and our read on quality comes from what real users report at scale across independent reviews, plus expert coverage where it exists. We score five factors — Features, Ease of Use, Value for Money, Support, and Integrations — each with written, cited reasoning, and we publish the Verdict Score as the plain average of the five. Where the independent evidence isn’t deep enough to score a tool fairly, we don’t score it — it carries an honest Tool Snapshot instead: the verified facts, no score.
Independence is the whole point. A paid placement never changes a score or a verdict. Vendors can always correct the facts, and we re-date the review whenever something changes.
No banner ads. No pop-ups. No ad networks following you around. The site is supported by affiliate links and clearly marked sponsorships instead.
Every factual claim carries a date. Software changes fast, so confirm current pricing and features with each vendor before you decide — every review says so, page by page.
